When you subscribe, we’ll set up a dedicated Kanban board for you (using Trello). Add your tasks to the board in the order you want them completed. We’ll start working on the first task, and once it’s approved, we’ll move on to the next one. Clear instructions on the board ensure a smooth and straightforward workflow.

You can submit your design requests by adding them to the “Tasks to be Done” column on your Trello board.

• If we’re working on our machines: Include all the necessary files and instructions. For example:
  • “Create a CAD model from this hand sketch.”
  • “Find a CAD model for this standard component (link provided).”
• If we’re working on your machine: Provide the file location or name along with a brief description. For example:
  • “Create drawings for assembly XYZ located in C:/…”
  • “Review PDF drawings in C:/…”

1. On Our Machines: We work on our own systems and deliver the results to you. You’ll need to provide all the necessary files and information to get started.
2. On Your Machines: We can log in to one of your machines during downtime and work directly in your environment. Simply point us to the task, and we’ll handle it. We use VNC Viewer for secure access, making this method a low-friction solution.

We use SolidWorks, PTC Creo, FreeCAD, and AutoCAD alternatives for design work. For calculations, we rely on SMath Studio, and for documentation, we utilize the Microsoft Office suite.

Most requests are completed within 24-48 hours or faster. For more complex projects, we break them into manageable 1-2 day tasks and work through them step by step, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

No, there’s no limit! You can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. We’ll tackle them one by one in the order you specify.

Yes, your intellectual property is fully protected. We’re happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before starting any project, ensuring that all your designs and proprietary information remain confidential and secure.

No problem! We understand that you know your needs best. If the design doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll revise it until you’re completely satisfied. We’re committed to fixing any issues and ensuring the final result aligns perfectly with your requirements.

If you don’t have enough design work to fill an entire month, your subscription won’t go to waste. Our billing cycle is based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 20 days and then pause your subscription, you’ll have 11 unused days that can be carried forward and used later. This ensures you get the most value from your plan.

Yes. As mechanical design engineers, we focus solely on mechanical and machine design tasks. We don’t handle graphic design, packaging design, website development, or similar non-mechanical requests. However, most tasks you would assign to your in-house mechanical engineers are within our expertise.

Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not issued after the first week of service. Additionally, tasks that have been completed and accepted cannot be refunded. We encourage you to review our process and services during the initial week to ensure they meet your expectations.

When you subscribe and use the service regularly, you secure your current pricing permanently. As long as you maintain your subscription, your rate will never increase, no matter how much our prices change in the future.
